Information regarding Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism in Accordance with SEBI Circular No CIR/MIRSD/3/2014 dated 28th August 2014

The client can expect a reply within 10 working days of approaching the Investment Adviser.
2. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can lodge a complaint to SEBI through their Grievance Redressal Portal at https://scores.sebi.gov.in you may also write to any offices of SEBI. For any queries, feedback, or assistance, please contact SEBI office on Toll Free Helpline at 1800 22 7575 / 1800 266 7575.

The clients can undertake online conciliation and/or online arbitration by participating in the ODR (Online dispute Resolution) Portal accessible at https://smartodr.in/login
